• User: Encompasses any individual or entity accessing and interacting with the platform.
• Business: Refers to organizations or enterprises utilizing the platform for commercial purposes.
• AI Agents: Signifies the digital solutions, services, or tools created and offered by Creators.
• App: Represents the OptimalAgents.ai mobile and web application.
• Content: Includes AI agents, multimedia (videos, reels), text, graphics, and other media.

Users are required to create an account to access and utilize the platform's comprehensive services. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

Creators retain full ownership of their AI agents, but grant OptimalAgents.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, promote, and market these agents. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, or distributing any AI agents or content without explicit authorization.

Users are granted five complimentary agent usages per day; exceeding this limit necessitates a paid subscription. Businesses can procure pre-defined agent packages tailored for productivity, digital marketing, sales, and other services. Videos and reels uploaded for agent promotion must adhere to the platform's content guidelines.

Creators have the opportunity to monetize their AI agents through our transparent revenue-sharing model. OptimalAgents.ai retains a platform fee from each transaction. Payment settlements occur on a monthly basis, with applicable deductions for taxes and fees.

Users can subscribe to premium plans for enhanced access to AI agents and platform features. Payment methods include credit cards, digital wallets, and other supported systems. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

OptimalAgents.ai may apply platform fees for transactions, content hosting, or special services. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchases or transactions are finalized.

AI agents, videos, and reels must adhere to stringent ethical standards and comply with all relevant laws. Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited. OptimalAgents.ai reserves the unequivocal right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

The platform integrates with major B2B applications to enhance business capabilities. Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and OptimalAgents.ai is not liable for their functionality.

Disputes between users and creators should initially be resolved directly. If unresolved, OptimalAgents.ai will mediate disputes and make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.

OptimalAgents.ai reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Accounts engaging in fraudulent activities or violating platform policies may face suspension or termination.

OptimalAgents.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Users assume full responsibility for outcomes resulting from AI agent interactions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
